Mr. Popper has had a 40-year career spanning all facets of the technology world including:  R&D at Bell Labs, Advanced Technology management at American Express and Lehman Brothers, Consulting Partner at Deloitte & Touche, CIO at Merck, and Vice-Chairman and CTO of the investment bank Orama Partners.
​Mr. Popper’s skills and experience include: Information Systems strategic planning, design and project management, Technology innovation, Investment banking and venture capital.

Brian (Zev) Steinberger, Co-founder and General Partner

​With a decade and a half of experience in the financial services sector, Mr. Steinberger’s areas of expertise include operations management, securities trading processes, organization restructuring, as well as compliance & regulatory solutions.

​Mr. Steinberger’s career includes managerial rolls at world-leading financial institutions including Head of Operations Support for Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for managing the operations of the bank’s equity trading desk.​

Ido Norden, Co-founder (Commissioned to government post)

​Mr. Norden is an expert in macroeconomic policy design and implementation of national projects. He has a deep understanding of the public sector - creating process and infrastructure planning.

Mr. Norden served as a senior advisor to the Prime Minister’s office after spending nearly a decade at the Bank of Israel. During that time, Mr. Norden led numerous national infrastructure, building, planning and regulatory projects.

Mr. Plagman has over thirty years of experience as an expert in Data Management and in applying technology to solve business problems. 
​Prior to founding TPG, he served his clients for the past 18 years as a Partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC). During the course of his career at PwC, Mr. Plagman was responsible for managing relationships with some of the Firm’s most prestigious clients and successfully founded new consulting businesses for the firm
